How this started

Good businesses.

In 2020, I kept seeing the same problem across the service businesses I worked with: the quality of the work was high, but the infrastructure around it was broken. Leads arrived and went cold. Sales pipelines lived on spreadsheets. Marketing budgets were allocated based on gut feel because nobody had attribution. Founders were doing everything themselves because the systems weren't there to delegate safely.

None of these were small businesses coasting. These were real businesses — interior studios, clinics, developers, training companies — turning over ₹50 lakh to ₹5 crore a year. Capable people with strong offers. But operating at a fraction of their potential because the growth, conversion, operations, and presence layers were all disconnected or missing.
